About this event
Level 2 Lyra classes vary in skills in progressive work. Conditioning includes taking weight in new parts of the body, strengthening, and endurance training for performance sequences. Introductions to top bar and above the hoop work, and dynamic movements. Must have completed all level skills and demonstrate competency in form, control, and strength in basic mounts, positions, transitions, and controlled inversions.
