About this event
The Weinstein JCC will host chef, author and Netflix champion Yaniv Cohen, known as “The Spice Detective,” on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7pm for “A Culinary Journey of the Flavors of Israel.” This interactive evening features live cooking demonstrations, tastings, hands-on spice blending and stories that celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Israel and beyond. A book signing will follow the event. There’s also a VIP Meet-and-Greet pre-reception opportunity that includes appetizers and wine, program admission and reserved seating.
