About this event
This beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamentals of Lollipop Lyra, a unique blend of aerial hoop and pole. Students will learn foundational poses, transitions, and spins while building strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence through movement and creative expression. No experience necessary. All bodies and fitness levels are welcome.
