About this event
Join us at The Branch on Tuesday, November 10, from 6–9 PM for our fourth workshop in the 2026 Maker’s Studio series: Ikebana: The Japanese art of flower arranging.
Two certified Ikebana teachers, or Sensei, will demonstrate the distinct approaches of the Kado Sensho Ikenobo and Ohara schools. Then you’ll choose the style that speaks to you and create an arrangement of your own with guidance from your Sensei.
Tickets are $90 and include everything you need to create your arrangement and keep practicing at home, plus wine and light bites. No experience is necessary - only curiosity. Free parking is available in the First Baptist parking lot next to the museum.
Listed by CitySpark: Richmond, VA, gathered by the Short Pump events calendar.
