Sensory-Friendly Dance A welcoming, supportive dance class designed for participants who benefit from a more sensory-friendly environment. Class level and age range may vary based on current demand; our current group includes older elementary students through young adults. Each class begins with a warm-up and then moves into simple, accessible choreography taught at a comfortable pace. The focus is on movement, music, confidence, and having fun in a supportive environment. No prior dance experience is required. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and participate in the ways that feel most comfortable for them. This is an open class. Drop ins are welcome.
